Our advice:
- Report the violence you have suffered to the police
- In the event of an acute threat or danger, call 110 immediately. The police will protect you! They can, for example, ban the perpetrator from the shared home for several days.
- If you are not yet ready to call the police, contact a person you trust or seek advice at a nearby advice center.
