The command and situation service of the Krefeld police with its control center is responsible for receiving and processing all emergency calls from the area of responsibility of the Krefeld police headquarters, as well as for forwarding and accompanying the resulting operations. In addition, operational information is prepared here and made available as required.
The control center is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
